Child Safeguarding Statement & Risk Assessment
Cara Junior School has adopted and follows child safeguarding procedures for schools. The school recognises that child protection and welfare considerations must be reflected in all school policies, procedures, practices and activities.
The Child Safeguarding Statement sets out how the school seeks to protect pupils from harm and how it manages child protection concerns in line with relevant school procedures.
Purpose of this Statement
The purpose of the Child Safeguarding Statement is to provide a clear statement of the school’s approach to child safeguarding and to identify procedures that support the protection and welfare of pupils.
- To promote a safe school environment for pupils.

Designated Liaison Person
